Demo & rough-in
Plumbing and electrical rough-in happen first if your layout is changing — moving a sink, island, or major appliance — before cabinetry goes in.
Cabinets, countertops & final walkthrough
Cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, and fixtures come last, followed by a walkthrough together before we consider the project done.
