Large-format tile with fewer grout lines costs a bit more upfront but is noticeably easier to keep clean than a mosaic pattern with dense grout lines.
Water pressure and fixture count should be decided together
A rain shower head, a handheld wand, and body jets all draw water at once if you want them simultaneously — worth confirming your home's supply can handle it before you commit to a fixture package.
A bench doesn't have to be built-in
A teak shower bench or a fold-down seat are lower-cost alternatives to a built-in tiled bench if budget is a bigger factor than the fully custom look.
